Resolved that Report P.A. 17-31, regarding an application for zoning amendment at 7 Park Road South be received, and that the application as submitted be refused.

Resolved that Report P.A. 17-30, regarding an application for Zoning Amendment by LPF Residential Realty Inc. for 260-270 Hunter Road be received, and that the zoning amendment application be approved, and that the draft by-law attached to this report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval. And that any future site plan applications on the property come through the Planning and Development Committee for approval.
