That Report P.A. 14-20 recommending approval of a new Comprehensive Zoning By-law applicable to the Town of Grimsby as depicted in Figure 1 to Report P.A. 14-20, including a response to submission documents addressing comments and concerns related to the January 2014 draft release Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review document, be approved subject to the inclusion of modifications outlined in Planning and Development Committee Report P.A. 14-20; recommended changes in the updated Response to Comments Received on April 4th, 2014 Draft Grimsby Zoning By-law dated April 22; editorial and sylistic changes recommended by staff and recommended responses to the public comments provided at the public meeting. And that a By-law for a new Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Town of Grimsby be forwarded to Council for approval on May 20, 2014.
