Resolved that Submission A-16/10 by Marino Angelini, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended by By-law 07- 27, Section 19, Estate Residential ER Zone, to allow for the construction of a new two storey dwelling with an easterly sideyard setback of 10 metres abutting a collector road and a westerly sideyard setback of 4.0 metres in an Estate Residential ER Zone at # 402 Mud Street West, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: Page 3 of 3 Committee of Adjustment July 27, 2010 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
