Resolved that Submission A- 07/17, as amended to allow for the construction of a new 15 square metre unenclosed covered front porch with a front yard setback of 7.6 metres and a side yard setback of 3.7 metres in a legal non-conforming Prestige Employment (PE) Zone at #10 Lincoln Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1.
