Resolved that Report TC 15-20 dated November 4, 2015 be received and that the Town of Grimsby continue to participate as a member of the JAAC for 2016 and 2017 at a cost of $10,000 per year.

Resolved that the delegation of Delight Davoli, Engagement Partner, Southcott Davoli Professional Corporation, Chartered Professional Accountants with reference to the 2014 Audit Planning be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 15-13 dated November 5, 2015 with reference to the Computer Aided Fire Dispatch Agreement - 2012 between the Corporation of the City of St. Catharines and the Corporation of the Town of Grimsby be received and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement.

Resolved that Report FCR 15-14 dated November 5, 2015 with reference to the Calder Community Centre - Hazardous Materials Abatement & Demolition be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 15-15 dated November 5, 2015 with reference to Grimsby Fire Department Facilities Design - Progress Report be received and that the recommendation in this report be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 15-22 regarding Regional Report CSD 69-2015 - 2016 Property Tax Policy be received as information; and, That the Region of Niagara be advised that Council supports the status quo policy currently in place for the 2016 tax year.

Resolved that Report FIN 15-21 dated November 6, 2015 with regard to Tax write-offs be received and that the total write-offs in the amount of $2,382.72 be approved.

Resolved that the Memorandum prepared by Town Manager Keith Vogl dated October 21, 2015 with reference to Grimsby Power Dividends be received.

Resolved that Committee meet in Closed Session under Section 239(2)(d) Labour relations and employee negotiations - Staff Working Agreements

Resolved that Committee return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Confidential Memorandum prepared by Town Manager Keith Vogl, dated October 28 2015, with reference to Staff Working Agreements be received.
