Resolved that Consent Application B06-22 by Tim Delong – Trail Ridge Montessori School regarding 14 Elizabeth Street (Lot 343) for an easement of lands shown as “PART 1” on the circulated sketch for continued school use in favour of the abutting lands, 18 Elizabeth Street (Lot 344) be approved with conditions

Resolved that Minor Variance Application A06-23, by Jonathan and Jenny Carpio for 18 Murray Street to permit a maximum front porch encroachment of 3.04m into the required yard, whereas a maximum encroachment of 1.5m is permitted into the required yard; to permit a porch to encroach into the minimum required side yard of 1.8 metres by 0.1 metres, whereas no encroachment is permitted, be approved with conditions.

Resolved that Minor Variance Application A09-23, by Christopher Hawkins and Cassidy Stafford for 233 Patton Street to extend an existing legal-non conforming residential use on subject lands; permit an eaves overhang of 0.46m into required yard, whereas 0.25m is permitted, be approved.

Resolved that Minor Variance Application A05-22, by Naimul Lodi for the unnumbered lot directly adjacent and south to 349 Book Road to permit a minimum interior side yard of 0.94m, whereas 1.8m is required; to permit a minimum front yard of 5.8m, whereas 8.13m is required; to permit a lot coverage of 26.11%, whereas 15% is permitted, be denied.
