Planning Development Committee

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-20, regarding an application for Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval by Branthaven Casablanca Inc., Lake House Subdivision (26T-16-0501) be received and that the plan of subdivision be draft approved subject to the conditions in Appendix "A" to the report as revised with 59 conditions.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-21, regarding a site plan application by LJM Developments (Grimsby) Inc., 560 North Service Road be received; and a) The site plan be approved subject to satisfying the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" to the report; and b) that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the development agreement on the Town's behalf.

Resolved that the Town initiate a zoning by-law amendment for the property at 126 Main Street West, known as Nelles Manor, to add a museum as a site specific permitted use to the existing Main Street MS Zoning and establish site specific parking requirements for a museum use on the subject lands.

Resolved that the following Public Meeting Minutes be adopted as Schedule "A" to the Planning & Development Committee minutes, dated May 26, 2015. Schedule "A": Public Meeting Minutes dated April 14, 2015 Zoning Amendment Application Z-15-01 and Official Plan Application OP-15-01, 25 Bartlett Avenue

Resolved that the following Public Meeting Minutes be adopted as Schedule "B" to the Planning & Development minutes dated May 26, 2015. Schedule "B" Public Meeting Minutes dated April 14, 2015 Zoning Amendment Application Z-15-02 Aqua Blu, Concord Place

Resolved that the Public Meeting Minutes be adopted as Schedule “C” to the Planning & Development Committee Minutes of May 26, 2015. Schedule “C” Zoning Amendment Application Z-14-10 and Official Plan Amendment OP 14-3 for 510, 520, 530 North Service Road.

Resolved that the Public Meeting Minutes be adopted as Schedule "D" to the Planning & Development minutes of May 26th, 2015. Schedule "D" - Official Plan Amendment Application OP-14-2 560 North Service Road.

Resolved that the Public Meeting Minutes be adopted as Schedule "E" to the Planning & Development Committee minutes, dated May 26th, 2015. Schedule "E": Public Meeting Minutes dated May 12, 2015, Draft Plan of Subdivision 26T-16-1501 and Official Plan Application OP- 14-4 for 480 Winston Road.

Resolved that the Public Meeting Minutes be adopted as Schedule "F" to the Planning & Development Committee minutes of May 26th, 2015. Schedule "F": Official Plan Amendment for Employment Policies for the Winston Neighbourhood Secondary Plan OP-15-02.

Resolved that the Public Meeting Minutes be adopted as Schedule "G" to the Planning & Development Committee minutes of May 26th, 2015. Schedule "G": Public Meeting Minutes, dated May 12, 2015, Zoning Amendment Application Z-15-03 Corrections to Zoning By- law 14-45.
