"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-18, regarding the Memorandum of Understanding for improving the Planning Function in Niagara be received, and that: 1. That the Town of Grimsby endorse the Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) attached to this report as Appendix 1. 2. That the proposed revisions to the MOU be incorporated into the existing MOU, attached as Appendix 2. 3. That staff participate in the implementation of the MOU, as amended, in collaboration with the Niagara Region, area municipalities, and the NPCA.
