Resolved that Submission A-07/13 by 2165647 Ontario Inc., to allow for the construction of an elevated 7.6 m x 4.8 m deck for the second storey residential unit with a rear yard setback of 5.0 m in a General Commercial C3 Zone at # 257 Main Street East, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
