That the Town of Grimsby, in collaboration with the Directors of Planning and Public Works, the West End Homebuilders Association (WEHBA), and the Niagara Region Housing Association (NRHBA), establish the new Grimsby Development Industry Liaison Task Force as of October 2024; and 2. That the Grimsby Economic Development Advisory Committee (GEDAC) approve the Terms of Reference.
