Kadwell; "RESOLVED, That the correspondence and supporting Sanitary Survey Report from the Niagara Region - Medical Officer of Health which identifies current and future potential of septic system failure in this area causing a Public Health concern and requesting that Grimsby Council consider the extenstion of sanitary sewers to the survey area be received and forwarded to the Director of Public Works for review and further recommendations to Council."

"RESOLVED, That the correspondence received from Sarina Labonte, 2008 Festival of Art Chair dated August 21, 2008 requesting approval for a road closure on Nelles Boulevard and garbage removal for the Festival of Art event scheduled for September 6, 2008 be approved subject to the conditions required by the Director of Public Works."
