Resolved that Report TC-15-21 dated December 2, 2015 be received and that the Town of Grimsby 2015 Annual Progress Report of the 2013 - 2017 Multi Year Accessibility Plan be approved.

Resolved that the memorandum prepared by the Director of Planning M. Seaman regarding the Transit Investigation Study be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 15-18 dated December 11, 2015 with reference to the GeoTech Report - Grimsby Fire Department Rural Operations & Training Facility be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to retain the services of EXP to complete the project at a cost of $7,950.00 excluding taxes.

Resolved that Report FIN 15-23 dated December 7, 2015 regarding the 2014 Environmental Services Funds Statement of Operations be received, and, That the 2014 Sewer and Water deficits be funded from their reserves.

Resolved that Report FIN 15-24 regarding the 2016 Budget Guidelines be received; and, Page 3 of 3 Administration & Finance Committee December 14, 2015 That the budget guidelines and procedures found in Schedule A and B be approved; and, That a target levy increase of 4% before growth be set.

Resolved that the 2014 Grimsby Art Gallery Financial Statements be approved.

Resolved that the 2014 Town of Grimsby Trust Fund Financial Statements be approved.
