"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-2 regarding Zoning Amendment Application (Z-07-4) by Bruce Stewart, to permit the establishment of Page 1 of 4 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE January 15, 2008 a retirement residence at 105 & 107 Main Street East, be received and that the application be approved with holding provisions. Further, that the draft zoning by-law amendment attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval following the approval of the Stormwater Management Study and the submission of a detailed lot coverage calculation."

"RESOLVED, That the presentation by Mr. Paul Lowes, Planning Consultant, with regards to the Grimsby Official Plan Review and Update be received, and the Committee endorse the Official Plan Workplan schedule, as modified, and the Winston Neighbourhood Plan Work Schedule, as modified."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-01, regarding consultation process for Wireless Telecommunication Facilities, be received, and that the Town of Grimsby endorse a review process as outlined in Page 2 of 4 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE January 15, 2008 Section 3 of this report."

"RESOLVED, That Report DBE-08-1, dated January 15, 2008, be received and that Losani Homes Sign By-law variance request to legalize a 512 square foot development sign located at 354 Nelles Road North and a 256 square foot development sign located at 350 Nelles Road North be granted and legalized within 14 days of receipt of Ministry of Transportation approvals."
