Andreychuk; "RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-4, regarding an application for site plan approval by Rosart Properties Inc., for proposed commercial buildings and associated parking lot at 55 Main Street East, be received and that the application be approved subject to the requirements specified by Appendix "A" to the report. Further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to Page 1 of 3 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE May 11, 2010 sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."
