Resolved that Submission A-25/14 by Lyndsey Vanderburgh, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 14-45, Residential Detached (RD2-25) Zone, to allow for a 123.8 square metre addition with a front yard setback of 8.92 metres, and a 1.82 metre encroachment of the unenclosed porch into the required front yard in a Residential Detached (RD2-25) Zone at # 8 Orchard Parkway, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: Page 3 of 5 Committee of Adjustment October 21, 2014 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
