Resolved that Resolution AGAC-02 be lifted from the Active Grimsby Advisory Committee meeting minutes of Oct. 15, 2019 for separate consideration.

Resolved that Resolution AGAC-02 of the Active Grimsby Advisory Committee meeting minutes of Oct.15, 2019 be amended to read: Page 2 of 4 Parks, Recreation & Culture Committee November 21, 2019 “including snow removal; and report back to appropriate committee for budget consideration and approval”.

Resolved that the Active Grimsby Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes of Oct. 15, 2019 be received for information and the recommendations within be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Grimsby Santa Claus Parade Meeting Minutes of October 17, 2019 and November 6, 2019 be received for information and the recommendations within be approved.

Resolved that the minutes of the Grimsby Museum Board meeting of Nov. 6, 2019 be received for information and the recommendations within be approved.

Resolved that the Art Gallery Advisory Board Meeting Minutes of November 14, 2019 be received for information and the recommendations within be approved.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the updated Grimsby Green Advisory Committee Terms of Reference Report DRS19-50, be received for information and that the updated Terms of Reference be approved.

Resolved that the Grimsby Santa Claus Parade - Revised Road Closure Report DRS19-51 be received for information and an additional road closure on Clark St. between Ontario St. and Christie St. for the parade disbanding area be approved for submission to the Niagara Region.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the Director's Information Report - November 2019 DRS19-52 be received for information.

Resolved that the correspondence from Donna Herrington, The Herrington Group Ltd., dated October 30, 2019 re: Beachfront Access at Lakehouse Development be received for information.
