Resolved that Submission A-27/15 by Dennis Haining, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 14-45, Residential Detached (RD2.25) Zone Section 7, to allow for the construction of a new 3.65 metre x 6.1 metre accessory building, with a .4 metre clearance between the existing building eaves, and the new accessory building eaves in a Residential Detached RD2.25 Zone at # 14 Pinewood Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: Page 3 of 4 Committee of Adjustment November 3, 2015 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
