Resolved that Submission A-17/18 by Kevin and Erin Worster to allow for the construction of a 102 square metre garage addition with a 1.09 metre side yard and a 0.40 metre eave projection to an existing residential dwelling in a Specialty Crop (SC) Zone at 215 Hysert Road, Grimsby be approved with conditions for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. Page 3 of 4 Committee of Adjustment November 6, 2018 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained with conditions. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Subject to the following conditions: 1. That the garage lean-to addition on the north side of the existing detached garage be removed within 60 days of occupancy of the new garage addition. 2. That a Ontario Land Surveyor locate the proposed addition as approved.

The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
