Administration Finance Committee

Resolved that Report TM-18-02 dated April 4, 2018 regarding Award of Contract PWC18-02-120002 Town Hall Office Renovations - General Contracting be approved and that the Town Manager be authorized to award the contract to Porteous-Hardcastle Ltd. in the amount of $74,985. excluding HST; and, Page 2 of 4 Administration & Finance Committee April 9, 2018 And further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council, 1. That Report FIN 18-08 regarding Niagara Regional Housing Property Tax Exemption be received; and, 2. That Town Council supports Scenario # 1 as outlined in Regional Report CSD 36-2016.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council, 1. That Report FIN 18-09, e-Bidding System be received, and, 2. That staff are authorized to enter into an agreement subject to the satisfaction of the Director of Information Technology & Service Innovation, with the e-Solutions Group to provide an electronic bidding (e-bidding) solution through their Bids & Tenders product and to be the sole distribution tool for the Town's competitive procurement documents.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council that Report FIN 18-10, 2017 Statement of Remuneration and Expenses for Members of Council and Council Appointments to Boards and Other Bodies be received for information.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council that Report FIN 18-11 regarding the 2018 Annual Repayment Limit be received for information.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council that Report FIN 18-12 regarding the 2018 Financial Indicator Review be received for information.
