Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of June 4, 2018 be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of June 11, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes for June 12, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of June 13, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the memorandum from Town Manager Derik Brandt with reference to Class A Development Charges Deferral Program be received.

Resolved that Council meetings for the months of July and August 2018 begin at 6:30 p.m.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes be received and filed.

Resolved that the leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-39 to 18-46 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that the presentation by Remy Fernandes, Chief Executive Officer, Grimsby Power Inc. regarding a cheque presentation from Niagara Power Inc. be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-39 to 18- 46 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
