Page 2 of 3 Special Council August 17, 2020 Resolved that Report TC 20-02 dated August 17, 2020 be received; And that the amendments to the Town of Grimsby Procedural By-law 07- 81, as amended, as outlined in Appendix 1 to permit continued electronic participation in meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic and recovery period be approved for a period of one year from the termination of the Provincial Declaration of Emergency; And that staff be directed to provide a report considering permitting electronic participation in meetings on a permanent basis before the expiry of the one year period.
