Resolved that the ruling of the chair be appealed to include the item to consider the Election of the chair, and vice-chair.

Resolved that the agenda for the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee meeting of March 9, 2021 be approved. With the following changes: -Election of the Chair + Vice Chair after item 3 -Move item 6e to after 4a

Resolved that D. Bothwell be elected as the Chair and that Kate Sharrow be elected as the Vice-Chair for the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee.

Resolved that the delegation from Bruce McCall-Richmond be received.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding Grimsby Beach - Land Use Planning Study be received.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding 133 Main Street East - Update on Archaeological Pits be received.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding Notices of Intention to Designate and Objections be received

Resolved that the verbal update regarding Bill 108 Update be received.

Resolved that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee receive the Memo with Booklets provided by staff in Appendix A, B, C, and D of this report. And that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee recommend these properties for addition to the Municipal Heritage Register.

Resolved that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee has reviewed the Main Street East - Heritage Conservation District - Request for Proposal for its Heritage components.

Resolved that the Committee take away materials provided by staff for their review, and come back to the next Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee meeting prepared for a conversation on the updated terms of reference.

Resolved that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee recommends that the new standardized plaque design (Town Crest) as shown in Appendix 'A' of this Memo be implemented for all future designation plaques, and that Burlington Signs be used as the supplier for new standardized plaques.

Resolved that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee receive the submitted elevations provided in Appendix A of this memo.

Resolved that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee receives the status and activity report.
