Resolved that the agenda for the February 22, 2022 Council meeting be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of February 7, 2022; Council minutes of February 7, 2022; and Committee of the Whole (Budget) minutes of February 17, 2022 be approved. Resolved that Council hereby approves the following items and that the various consent items be approved on the recommendation as contained therein: Page 3 of 6 Council February 22, 2022 •Report TC22-04 Declaration of Town-Owned Surplus Lands – 362 North Service Road a) Resolved that Report TC 22-04 Declaration of Town-Owned Surplus Lands – 362 North Service Road dated February 22, 2022 be received; and That the Town owned lands described as Parts 1, 3, and 4 on the reference plan attached as Appendix “A” be declared surplus to the Town’s needs; and That Council direct staff to proceed with deeming surplus and dispersal of the parcel of municipally owned property; and That the Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to complete the conveyance of the land.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 22-08 to 22-13 inclusive and that same be read a first time.
