Resolved that the delegation of Bruce Wallace, Executive Director for Grimsby Affordable Housing Partnership with reference to a request for funding be received.

Resolved that the delegation comprised of John Dunstall, Vice President of TEN (Tourism Excellence Niagara); Frank Rupcic, President of TEN; Sue Morin, Business Development Manager and Naomi Beirnes, President of Grimsby & District Chamber of Commerce with reference to a request for Gateway Niagara be received.

Resolved that Report TC13-02 dated February 7, 2013 be received and that the proposed Corporate Records Management Program be approved; and Further that pending budget approval, staff be authorized to solicit a request for proposals for a corporate records management solution to update the records retention by-law, create an organization wide filing system; create and deploy records management procedures, best practices and training tools and convert existing file folders to a new classification system.

Resolved that Report FCR 13-02 dated February 8, 2013 with reference to the Fire Prevention Inspector - Contract Position be received and that the creation of Fire Prevention Inspector Contract Position be approved for inclusion in the Grimsby Fire Department Operating Budget.

Resolved that Report FIN 13-04 Appointment of Town Auditor be received; and that Southcott Davoli Professional Corporation be appointed as the Town's auditors for the fiscal years 2012 through 2014

Resolved that Report FIN 13-05 dated February 4, 2013 regarding the 2012 Statement of Remuneration and Expenses for Members of Council be received.
