"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-16, regarding an application to remove Part Lot Control for Blocks 101 and 102, Plan 30M 369, Gardenview Subdivision, be received, and that a By-law to lift Part Lot Control be forwarded to Council for approval. Further, that a Draft of an Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement be received, and that a By-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Town Clerk to enter into this Agreement with the owner.

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-15 regarding an application to Page 1 of 3 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE April 29, 2008 amend the site plan for property at 496 Inglehart Road to permit a 6,754 sq.m. greenhouse addition be received, and the site plan amendment be approved, and the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to sign the amending agreement on behalf of the Town.

(O/A Rona) Sign By-law variance be granted to permit the installation of one 29.6 square metre sign on the north wall and one 11.29 square metre sign on the west wall at #359 South Service Road be granted subject to approval of Ministry of Transportation as the intent of the Sign By-law is maintained."
