Planning Development Committee

Resolved, that Report P.A. 16-22 regarding a site plan application by Brite Developments Inc. for a proposed stacked townhouse development at 22 John Street be received and that the application be approved subject to the applicant meeting the conditions specified in Appendix "A" of the report to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Further, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the development agreement on the Town's behalf.

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-21 regarding an application to amend a condominium description by Don Wilds at Lions Gate Condominiums, 143-149 Lake Street, be received and that the application be approved and that a certificate of exemption be issued.

Resolved that Item 4(f) Town Videos - Brian Purdy be lifted from the GEDAC Minutes of May 25, 2016, for separate consideration.

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-23, regarding Grimsby Economic Development Advisory Committee Resolution GD 16-6 Town Videos - Brian Purdy be received. And that the tendering process for Town Videos as described in Grimsby Economic Development Advisory Committee Resolution 16-6 not be pursued at this time. And that consideration of the need for Town Videos be considered in a future Town of Grimsby Communications and Marketing Strategy as considered through a future municipal consolidated budget process.

Resolved that the Committee directs staff to present to Council an amendment to the Town's Development Charges By-law as outlined in this report and discussed by the Committee.

Resolved that the GHAC minutes of the meeting held on June 7, 2016 be received as information.

Resolved that the Minutes of the GEDAC meeting held on May 25, 2016, be received as information.
