Resolved that the delegation of Janice Hogg, Heritage Committee with reference to the Art Contest Prizes be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Elisabeth Zimmerman, The Niagara Poverty Reduction Network (NPRN) with reference to the vision that all Niagara Residents live above the poverty line be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Liz Palmieri, Niagara Community Foundation with reference to the Overview of the Foundation, be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Bob Seguin, The Regional Municipality of Niagara with reference to the Regional Strategic Plan be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Scott Rettie and Anthony Martelli, Landmart Homes with reference to a Site Plan Application be received.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-06 regarding a Site Plan Application by Landmart Homes for proposed single detached dwellings at Lot 168-175 of Escarpment Vista Estates be received and that a By-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and the Town Clerk to sign a Development Agreement on the Town’s behalf subject to the recommendation in Section 4.0 of the Council report for Site Plan Application 5007-668 dated March 2, 2015.

Resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board meeting minutes of January 14, 2015 be received.

Resolved that the Grimsby Museum meeting minutes of February 4, 2015 be received.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of February 24, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of February 24, 2015 be received and filed.

Resolved that the correspondence from Autism Ontario's Raise the Flag Committee requesting that April 2, 2015 be declared Raise the Flag day be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the City of Port Colborne regarding a resolution to Save Canada Post be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-19 to 15- 22 inclusive and that said be read a first time.
