Gillespie ; "RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-34, regarding a zoning amendment application by Losani Homes and the Niagara Catholic District School Board, Hemlock Way, be received and that the application be approved. Further, that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" is forwarded to Council for passage".
