Resolved that Submission A-12/14 by Dwight and Shelley Wilson, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended Section 11A, Residential R3 Zone, to allow for the construction of a 69.1 square metre addition to an existing dwelling, with a sideyard setback of .91 metres, a rear yard setback of 5.64 metres, a lot coverage of 40.8%, and a sideyard setback of 0.3 metres for the proposed new covered porch in a Residential R3 Zone at # 8 Auditorium Circle, Grimsby be approved with conditions for the following reasons: Page 3 of 3 Committee of Adjustment June 10, 2014 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Subject to the following conditions: a. That a deeming By-law be passed by the Town deeming the lots not to be within a plan of subdivision.
