That the Public Works Committee recommends Council endorse the current revision of the Drinking Water QMS Operational Plan, dated October 2025; 2. That the Mayor be authorized to sign the current revision of the Drinking Water QMS Operational Plan; and, 3. That the Public Works Committee recommends Council endorse the existing Drinking Water QMS Policy Statement; as per the Drinking Water QMS Operational Plan and Drinking Water QMS Policy.
