Resolved that the minutes of the Council meeting of October 19, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Regional Councillor Bob Gale, Chair of the Police Services Board and Police Chief Jeff McGuire, with reference to the emergency services dispatch be received.

Resolved that the Grimsby Museum Board meeting minutes of October 7, 2015 be received.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of October 21, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of October 27, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Town of Fort Erie regarding the resolution to support urging the Province to reverse its new policy restricting the number of family physicians who can join family networks and organizations be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-84 to 15- 85 and that the same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239 (2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001, Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administration tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board. - Olga McNeill - Lot North Side of Main Street West

Resolved that Council return to an Open Session.

Resolved that the Planning and Development Committee meeting minutes of October 20, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-84 and 15-85 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
