"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-9, regarding the 2012 Planning Department Operating budget with a gross amount of $565,980 and a levy amount of $380,565, be approved and forwarded to the Administration and Finance Committee for consideration in the overall budget. THAT, the 2012 Economic Development Budget with a gross amount of $22,360 and a levy amount of $14,660 with potential additional budgeting for Welcome Centre contributions, subject to Council approval be forwarded to the Administration and Finance Committee for consideration in the overall budget. THAT, the 2012 Heritage Advisory Committee Budget with a gross amount of $12,515, be forwarded to the Administration and Finance Committee for consideration in the overall budget."

FURTHER, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the site plan agreement and subdivision agreement on the Town's behalf."
