Resolved that the Minutes of the meeting held on September 20, 2022 be approved.

Resolved that Submission A39-22, by Matthew Lemieux for 301 Kelson Avenue North to permit a minimum exterior side yard (south) for an accessory building of 1.2m, whereas 6m is required; to permit a minimum exterior side yard (southeast) of 0.0m, whereas 6m is required be approved with condition that the location of the garage be certified by an Ontario Land Surveyor to ensure that no part of the structure is encroaching onto Town property.

Resolved that Submission A41-22, by Andra Forrest for 15 Lakeview Avenue to permit an encroachment of 0.5m into the required 1.8m interior side yard for a covered porch, whereas no encroachment is permitted into an interior side yard; to permit an encroachment of 4.2m into the required existing front yard for a covered porch, whereas a 2.5m encroachment is permitted be approved.

Resolved that Submission A42-22, by Tim Hendriks and Danielle Dominick for 88 Main Street East to permit an encroachment into 6m required exterior side yard of 3.6m for a deck and outdoor stairs to second storey, whereas a 1.5m encroachment is permitted into the required exterior side yard be approved.

Resolved that Submission A31-22, by 1414229 Ontario Limited for 424 Sobye Road to permit the extension of a legal non-conforming use of an anaerobic digester facility on subject lands be approved with condition that the applicant enter into a Site Plan agreement with the Town of Grimsby.
