Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of October 2, 2017 be approved.

Resolved that Kimberly Hughes, McNally House Volunteer Manager for the McNally House Hospice, with reference to the Listening to our Community presentation be received.

Resolved that Julie Max, Acting IT Director for the Town of Grimsby with reference to the Mobile App for the Town of Grimsby demonstration be received.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby approve the donation of cheque from the Hydro Shareholder's Representative Account, plus donations from the 2017 Town of Grimsby Mayor's Golf Tournament, plus matching funds from the Town of Grimsby in the amount of $33,380 to Niagara Community Foundation, Grimsby Community Foundation.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of October 10, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved as amended.

Resolved that the dwelling located at 314 Main Street East be included in the Town of Grimsby Municipal Heritage Register.

Resolved that report P.A. 17-42 regarding applications for Draft Plan of Standard Condominium Approval by Branthaven Lakeview Inc., Phase 2 Lake House Subdivision be received and that: a) the Plan of Standard Condominium be draft approved subject to the conditions in Appendix "A" to the report; and Page 5 of 8 Council October 16, 2017 b) the appropriate by-laws be passed that authorize the Mayor and Town Clerk to sign all agreements on the Town's behalf necessary to implement these approvals.

Resolved that Report TM-17-11 dated October 13, 2017 regarding the Town of Grimsby Logo be received and that the recommended logo be approved in principle and that staff are authorized to begin use of the logo on a trial basis.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of October 3, 2017 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Correspondence from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-84 and 17- 85 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-84 and 17- 85 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
