"RESOLVED, That Submission A-01/09 by Michael Kindree, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended Section 12 Rural Residential RR Zone, to permit the construction of a 9.75 metre x 14.63 metre accessory structure with a lot coverage of 10.0% in a Rural Residential RR Zone at # 409 Woolverton Road, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
