"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-19, regarding applications for Official Plan and Zoning Amendment by FCHT Holdings (Ontario) Corporation, 68, 70 and 72 Livingston Avenue, be received, and that the applications be

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-20, regarding an application by Landmart Realty Corporation for Draft Plan of Subdivision approval, and rezoning, for the Cherrywood Estates Subdivision be received, and that: a) The draft plan of subdivision be approved in accordance with the conditions in Appendix "A" to this report; and b) That the zoning amendment application be approved as outlined in this report, and the draft by-law attached as Appendix "B" be forwarded to Council for approval following submission of a draft 30M Plan that incorporates necessary revisions together with a certified list of frontages and areas of all lots and blocks. The above being subject to modifications to the draft plan and draft zoning by-law to include: 1. That the southerly boundary of the park be adjusted to accommodate 7 lots between Main St. E. and the park with a 15 metre setback for development from Main St. E. 2. That the park block be extended northerly to provide the required park area. 3. That the parcel west of 6, 8 & 10 Bernice Court be dedicated as open space. 4. That the lands on the westerly side of Street "B" north of Mary Street be adjusted to 13.7 metre frontage lots. 5.
