Resolved that the delegation of Laura Ip, Resource Development Coordinator, YWCA Niagara Region and Bruce Wallace, event coordinator, with reference to the YWCA / Grimsby Affordable Housing partnership be received.

Resolved that the Grimsby Museum Board meeting minutes of January 13, 2016 be received.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes for January 26, 2016 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes for January 26, 2016 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of January 26, 2016 be approved.

Resolved that the memorandum from the Town Clerk, H. Soady- Easton dated January 27, 2016 with reference to the Council Code of Conduct, By-law 14-73 be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the City of Thorold with reference to the Federal Government Grant Funding Opportunities be received.

Resolved the leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 16-07 to 16- 11 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 16-07 to 16- 11 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
