Page 2 of 3 Administration & Finance September 13, 2010 Resolved that Report TC-10-10 dated September 10, 2010 with respect to The Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, Accessibility Plan to Identify Barriers for People with Disabilities be received; And further that the Accessibility Plan dated August 12, 2010 in Compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act be approved; And further that the Town of Grimsby continue to participate as a member of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee at an annual cost of $10,000;

Resolved that Report FIN 10-23 dated September 8, 2010 regarding the 2009 Schedule of Reserves, Reserve Funds, and Trust Funds be received.

Resolved that Report TM-10-09 regarding the 2011 Ontario Men's Curling Tankard request for Sponsorship be received and that the request be denied.

Resolved, that Report TM-10-10 regarding a request by Habitat for Humanity Niagara to waive the Building fees for a proposed dwelling to be Page 3 of 3 Administration & Finance September 13, 2010 located at 231 Main Street East be received, and that the Building, Plumbing, Sewer and Water permit fees at a value of $1,591.90 be waived.
