"Resolved that Report P.A. 12-36, regarding a request for approval of unpaved parking by Fabtech, 209 Roberts Road be received and that the request be approved in accordance with the provisions of Clause 7.19a) of By-law 71-74, as amended with the exception that 22 spaces must be paved."

Further, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."
