Administration Finance Committee

Resolved that Report HS-17-02 dated September 1, 2017 regarding approval of Updated Fire Safety Plans for Town of Grimsby Facilities' is received by Town Council for review; and, 1. Council endorses the current revision of the Fire Safety Plans dated August 2017; and, 2. The Town Manager be authorized to execute the current revision of the Fire Safety Plans and submit them to the Chief Fire Official for approval.

Resolved that Report TC-17-12 dated August 28, 2017 be received and that the Town of Grimsby 2018-2022 Multi-Year Accessibility be approved.

Resolved that Report TC 17-13 dated August 28, 2017 be received and that the Town of Grimsby continue to participate as a member of the JAAC for 2018 and 2019 at a cost of $10,000. per year.

Resolved that Report FCR 17-07 dated September 7, 2017 with reference to the Grimsby Fire Department Establishing & Regulating By-law be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 17-06 dated September 8, 2017 with reference to the New Fire Prevention Vehicle be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to purchase a new 2017 Ford 150 SuperCrew Pick-up excluding equipment from Ed Learn Ford of St. Catharines, Ontario in the amount of $32,250 excluding taxes.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council that Report FIN 17-16 dated September 11, 2017 regarding the General and Environmental Service Operating - Budget to Actual at June 30, 2017 be received for information.
