Resolved that Report FCR 13-01 dated January 9, 2013 with reference to the Grimsby Fire Department 2012 Annual Report be received.

Resolved that the presentation by Delight Davoli of Southcott Davoli Professional Corporation with reference to the review of the 2011 Financial Statements be received and approved.

Resolved that Report TC-13-01 dated January 9, 2013 be received and that the Town of Grimsby participate as a member of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee for 2013 at a cost of $10,000.

Resolved that Report FIN 13-01, 2013 Interim Tax Levy and Tax Rates, dated January 3, 2013 be received; and that a by-law be prepared authorizing the taxation rates as set out in Schedule "B"; and that the interim levy installment due dates be set as March 1 and May 3, 2013.

Resolved that Report FIN 13-02, 2013 Borrowing for Current Expenditures, dated January 3, 2013 be received; and that temporary borrowing arrangements in the amount of $5,000,000. be approved; and that the Town Clerk be instructed to prepare the necessary by-law.

Resolved that Report FIN 13-03 Fidelity Bond Coverage dated January 3, 2013 be received; and that the insurance policy be deposited with the Treasurer and be made available for inspection by members of Council.
