Resolved that the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee agenda dated April 13, 2021 be approved, as amended, with the following changes: • Move item 7a to after 4b • Add announcements after 6d • Reorder item 5c & 5d

Resolved that the delegation from Gordon Stratford be received.

Resolved that the delegation from Marcus Letourneau be received.

Resolved that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee supports the April 13, 2021 revised design concepts for Century Condos.

Resolved that the correspondence from DeSantis Homes, LHC and Niagara Region regarding the Urban Design Review for Century Condos be received.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding the Grimsby Beach Study be received.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding the Designation & Grimsby Remembers Plaques be received; And that Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee recommend that the proposed artwork from Burlington Signs be received, and that staff be directed to circulate the final proof to the committee for approval.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding the Designation Plaque Design - 53 Ontario Street be received; And that staff provide the final proof to the Committee for approval of the plaque design proposed for 53 Ontario Street.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding the Designation Cross Reference with Heritage Trust be received.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding 15 Fair Ave. - Butternut Tree be received; And that Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee recommend to Council that staff explore if the butternut tree located at 15 Fair Ave. is a boundary tree; And that staff seek confirmation and report back on the species of the tree at 15 Fair Ave.; And that staff report back if the said tree can be designated under the Ontario Heritage Act.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding the Register brochure be received.

Resolved that the verbal update regarding Nixon Hall be received.

Resolved that the memo regarding the Revised Mass Inclusion List be received.

Resolved that the Priorities for this Term memo be received.

Resolved that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee have reviewed and submitted their notes on the Terms of Reference; And that the Town Staff will come back with a revised Terms of Reference for the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee to endorse for Council approval.

Resolved that the Updated Status and Activity Report be received, as amended, with the following change: • Addition of fountain at Bell Park Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee April 13, 2021

Resolved that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee recommend to Council that staff assess the fountain at Bell Park and advise if any intervention may be required to ensure its structural stability.
