Johnston; Resolved that Report P.A. 18-1, regarding an application for Brite Developments Inc. 27 John Street be received and that the zoning amendment application be approved as amended by the report and that a draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A", as amended to require a minimum of 0.35 designated shared visitor parking spaces per unit, be forwarded to Council for approval following the CN Consent application being finalized.
