Resolved that Report P.A. 15-10 regarding an application for zoning by-law amendment by Homes by DeSantis for Aqua Blue at Concord Place be received and that the application be approved. Further that an amending by-law be forwarded to Council for approval following confirmation of site specific provisions through the site plan approval process.

Resolved that Report DBE-15-6, dated April 14, 2015, with regard to a request by Homes by DeSantis for a Sign By-law Variance be received and that a variance to allow a development sign at #2 Concord Place with an area of 50.5 square metres be granted subject to an amended MTO approval.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting of Page 4 of 7 Planning & Development Committee April 14, 2015 April 14, 2015, be authorized to extend beyond 11:00 p.m.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-11, entitled "Greenbelt Plan Review 2015", dated April 14, 2015 be received; And that the draft letter from Mayor Robert Bentley to the Chair of the 2015 Coordinated Review Panel for Land Use Planning in Ontario be endorsed pending comments and review by Committee Members.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-13 regarding the recommendation that By-law 87-141 be amended under Section 30.1 of the Ontario Heritage Act, be received; And that By-law 87-141 be amended under Part IV, Section 30.1 of the Ontario Heritage Act to clarify and correct the statement explaining the property's cultural heritage value or interest and that a notice of intention to amend the designating by-law be issued. Resolved that the following Public Meeting Minutes of March 24, 2015, be adopted as Schedule "A" to the Planning & Development Committee minutes dated April 14, 2015. Schedule "A": Public Meeting Minutes, dated March 24, 2015 Regarding a Notice of Intention to Raise Fees in the Building & By- law Department

Resolved that the GHAC Minutes of the Meeting held on April 7, 2015, be received as information.

Resolved that the GEDAC Minutes of the Meeting Held on March 25, 2015, be received as information.

Resolved that a letter be sent on behalf of the Planning Committee for the Town of Grimsby clearly indicating opposition to the application for approval of a waste disposal site for 241 South Service Road to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee go into Closed Session under Section 239(2) (e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals affecting the municipality or local board – appeal to Zoning By-law 14-45, as amended, re: 14 Iroquois Trail.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee return to Open Session.

Resolved that Planning Staff be authorized to enter into a minutes of settlement concerning the Appeal by Patricia Eileen Kiczma of Page 7 of 7 Planning & Development Committee April 14, 2015 the Town of Grimsby Comprehensive Zoning By-law 14-45 in accordance with the memorandum from the Planning Director dated April 10, 2015.
