Resolved that the Town of Grimsby establish a Grimsby Museum Fund with the Niagara Community Foundation for endowment purposes.

Resolved that Report FCR 12-06 dated June 6, 2012 be received and that the attached Draft By-law to Establish Fire Safety Performance Standards in Care Facilities be approved and forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report FCR 12-07 dated June 8, 2012 be received and that the attached Draft By-law to Regulate Open Air Burning be approved and forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report FCR 12-08 dated June 8, 2012 with reference to the Command Vehicle Replacement be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to purchase a new 2013 Ford Explorer from Forbes Ford at a cost not to exceed $35,000. excluding taxes.

Resolved that FIN 12-22 dated June 6, 2012 regarding the 2011 Development Charges Statement of Continuity be received.

Resolved that Report TM-12-03 dated May 16, 2012 regarding Town Pins be received and that the policy with respect to the provision of Town Pins be revised as follows. 3. For individuals or groups attending national or international events, pins will be made available as follows:  up to 25 pins - no charge  next 25 pins - $0.40 each ($10. for 25 pins)  over 50 pins - at cost ($0.53 last purchase price)

Resolved that the Memorandum and Draft By-law listed as correspondence with reference to Fire Department OMERS Normal Retirement Age be received.

Resolved that for the months of July, August and September the Administration & Finance Committee meetings will commence at 6:30 p.m.
