Resolved that the Southward Community Park Septic System Tender Opening Report DRS16-21 be received and that the low tender in the amount of $306,384 plus applicable taxes for the installation of Southward Community Park septic system from George Barnes and Sons Ltd., be accepted, and further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary contract documents.
