Resolved that Submission A-32/16 to allow for the construction of a new one storey single dwelling unit with a sideyard setback of 1.2 metres, are rear yard setback of 7.7 metres and a rear yard setback of 5.1 metres for an unenclosed porch in a Transitional Residential Multiple TRM Zone at #5 Muscat Drive Street, Grimsby be granted with conditions for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Subject to the following conditions: Comments from the Public Works Department are received that determine adverse storm water and environmental impacts will not arise from the proposed development.
