Planning Development Committee

Andreychuk; Resolved that Report P.A. 13-55, regarding application for site plan approval by FCHT Holdings (Ontario) Corporation 68, 70 and 72 Livingston Avenue be received, and that the application be approved subject to the conditions detailed in Appendix "A" of this report. Further that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf.

Resolved that Report P.A. 13-56 regarding the recommendation that the front facade of the building at 15 Main Street East be designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, be received; And that the notice of intention to designate be issued under Part IV Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act for the property at 15 Main Page 3 of 6 Planning & Development Committee November 12, 2013 Street East.

Seaborn; Resolved that Report P.A. 13-57, regarding the recommendation that the Thirty Mountain Methodist Cemetery at the corner of Thirty Road and Elm Tree Road East be designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, be received; And that the notice of intention to designate be issued under Part IV Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act for the cemetery at the corner of Thirty Road and Elm Tree Road East.

Chard; Resolved that Report P.A. 13-58, regarding the recommendation that Bell Park in Grimsby Beach at Fair Avenue be designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act be received; And that the notice of intention to designate be issued under Part IV Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act for Bell Park at Fair Avenue.

Johnston; Resolved that Report P.A. 13-59, regarding a site plan application by the Bible League of Canada for a proposed commercial use at 399 Main Street West be received; Further that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf.

Seaborn; Resolved that Report P.A. 13-60 dated November 12, 2013 regarding the Doors Open Grimsby Festival 2014, be received, and that; Recommendation H.A. 13-19 from the minutes of the October 22, 2013 Heritage Advisory Committee meeting be endorsed, and that; Recommendation G.D. 13-05 from the minutes of the October 24, 2013 Grimsby Economic Development Advisory Committee meeting be endorsed. Resolved that the GEDAC minutes of the meeting held on October 24, 2013, be received as information.

Resolved that the GHAC minutes of the meeting held on October 22, 2013, be received as information.
