Resolved that Submission A-15/18 by Mike and Stephanie Barberic to allow for or the construction of a 1.8 metre fence in line with the front face of the dwelling, northerly to the lot line and within 1.2 metres of the street line and to allow an inground pool in the side yard of a Residential Detached RD 1.25 zone at #6 James Street, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. Page 3 of 3 Committee of Adjustment September 4, 2018 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
