Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of May 7, 2018 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Ryan Waldron, Deputy Chief Librarian with reference to a joint project between the Library, Museum and the Grimsby Historical Society regarding the digitization of The Grimsby Independent newspaper from 1885 - 1949 be received.

Page 3 of 7 Council May 22, 2018 Resolved that the delegation of Franz Kloibhofer, Planner, A. J. Clarke and Associates Ltd. with reference to 10 Windward Drive, Site Plan Amendment Application be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of May 14, 2018 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of May 16, 2018 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the memorandum prepared by Director of Planning M. Seaman be received and that the list of conditions included in Schedule A to the staff memorandum titled 221, 229 and 265 Central Avenue, Updated Conditions of Approval, dated May 8, 2018 be substituted for the existing Appendix A in Report P.A. 18-11.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-27 to 18- 36 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(2)e of Municipal Act 2001, litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local boards • Consultant Selection, 133 Main Street East, Heritage Property Standards Enforcement

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-27 to 18- 36 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
